I recently got ombre brows done by Sandra, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I was initially nervous about how they’d turn out, but the process was so smooth, and Sandra took her time mapping out the perfect shape for me. She explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. I was nervous about the pain as I'm afraid of needles but the procedure itself wasn’t too painful; the numbing cream worked well, and it felt more like scratching than anything unbearable. Sandra made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. She's fantastic! Ewa x

I had an amazing experience with Avril at Beauty Within. I had multiple appointments for different services (massage, manicure, pedicure, brow lamination, lashes and some waxing). Avril was exceptional at everything and I feel totally pampered and beautified 🥰 all the staff here are friendly and welcoming. Beauty within also runs extremely well operationally, all my appointments were on time and I found Avril to be super efficient and professional. I am super happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Nadia was wonderful! She made me feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I entered the salon. The waxing was quick but thorough, and she kept checking I was ok during the whole treatment. I would highly recommend and I think I've found my new wax lady 🙂

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. I had the most wonderful CACI SIGNATURE NON-SURGICAL FACIAL TONING & JOWL LIFT with Claire yesterday. It was my first treatment at the salon and Claire was so warm, welcoming and friendly and completely put me at ease. She explained in great detail about the treatment and it was so relaxing - I enjoyed every second of it. I will definitely be returning to have a full course of the treatment and look forward to the monthly top up treatments. I recommend Claire 1 million % 😁

I cannot recommend Nadia enough! My usual lady is on maternity, and I was recommended Nadia through the lady herself :). I had a lash lift and tint and my lashes look so full, lifted, and naturally stunning. The results were immediate - no need for mascara at all! The whole experience was professional from start to finish. Nadia made me feel comfortable, explained every step of the process, and had such a gentle, professional touch. The space was clean, calming, and truly relaxing. 10/10.

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.
