Absolutely incredible facial! I made a last minute appointment as a new client, but I was welcomed so warmly even though it was first thing in the morning on a bank holiday. Victoria talked me through my options & gave some really good recommendations. I had intraoral massage for the first time & it was fantastic. We only had an hour but nothing felt rushed. I felt like it was at least an hour & a half but was surprised when it was only an hour. I’ve been wanting to visit re:lax for a while but the Hackney location isn’t convenient for me so very happy the Borough yards location exists now.

I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

I had an amazing experience at Shape Zone London! The customer service from all the staff was outstanding, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend trying the Lycon hot wax, as it provides a much less painful experience compared to strip waxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for waxing!

Best manicure in london!! Asked for a russian manicure and biab infill. Im very fussy about precision and need to make sure cuticles are well done and that both the gel and varnish are applied all the way to the cuticle and wrapped around the nail.
