Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

First-timer getting a leg wax. My beautician Rachel made me feel welcome and at ease, was super friendly throughout, and did an excellent job with minimal discomfort and great results. She also answered all my questions and gave me some aftercare tips and tips for my next session. The other staff members were also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for other nervous first-timers!

As always Jada is a dream and her set up is so cute and spotless. I had my usual eyebrow and lip wax and left feeling fresh. Highly recommend Jada for all of her treatments because Ive seen them first hand (head of house at Olives@beckenham where she was located prior to her cute set up now. Xx

I can’t recommend Jada enough! She is absolutely amazing at what she does. My lashes always look full, flawless, and last so well in between infills. On top of that, she’s so friendly and professional, which makes every appointment such a lovely experience. I have been to so many places for treatment. That's including very popular places in Central London as I lived near Central befor I moved to Crystal palace. I was looking somewhere new for my treatment and I found this Gem call " La Belle Jolie"!!!. Outstanding treatment came with Outstanding service from all the staff. I simply Couldn't thanks enough. Also staff are full of positive attitude. I definitely not going anywhere else now. I wish I can give more than 5 stars.

Mini mani and pedi + full leg waxing. Nails done nicely. Waxing done very quickly. Rrasonable price for everything. My new go-to! The door to the waxing room is facing the public so staff just need to be careful when opening so your privacy is maintained.

Hot wax and therapeutic massage with my fav Leslyn. Always does the best massages and come out feeling so relaxed. Have just started getting hot wax treatment and she does an amazing job with making sure I have a smooth finish.
