Elena is the best - been going to her for years. She always does an amazing job on my brows, lashes and nails. I don't trust anyone else to do my brows or lashes and come back to Glasgow to get them done by her!

Sandy is very professional and talks you through everything and makes me feel at ease getting my treatments it's wall to wall chatting and laughing which helps when getting waxing done 😁😂 I would highly recommend this fantastic salon 😊

Honestly awesome. I was worried that when I moved to Glasgow, I wouldn't find a brow artist that did the type of brows I wanted. I love that she explained everything to me, the who's, what's, and why's. When I had by brows done previously, I had nothing explained to me and trusted the process. Although my brows were great before, they're even better now! Will be back for my annual touch up for sure.

I went with lashes i had before (not Ferns work) was unhappy with them and Fern had to remove and do a full set, not only was she patient with my lashes but she done an amazing hybrid set. Her shop is gorgeous and we chatted for hours. Cant wait for my infill already, thankyou so much fern xxx

I’ve been going to see Tina for massages and facials for years, she has the most wonderful calm healing energy and holds such a lovely safe space for all of her clients. She makes all of her own holistic products and guides you through a full body relaxation before getting to work on all your aches and pains. She’s incredible at what she does and I’m so fortunate she’s based in Glasgow!

Kirsty is a first class beautician. After booking lash extensions with her, I met her briefly a few days before for a patch test. I was so impressed by her professionalism and how at ease I felt with her that I booked a Hollywood wax too (something I had felt a bit embarrassed to do before). I am writing this after my appointment for both treatments and can honestly say that she made me feel so comfortable and the results were fantastic. I will 100% continue to book treatments with Kirsty moving forward and would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Kirsty xxx

I was taken straight away by Dana and chose a builder gel french manicure. No messing about and my nails look excellent. I was also booked in for an eyelash lift and tint and an eyebrow wax. This was done by Amanda. I’m really happy with the finished result. My eyelashes are fair so what a difference the tint makes. My eyebrows also look fantastic. I highly recommend this salon. 10/10

Lovely pleasant experience. Quick booking. Booked just the day before for Saturday. And, Victoria was able to fit me in for Full Arm, Half leg & underarm waxing. Will definitely be back..🙂😃

Hollywood wax - had a fantastic experience today. Jen was incredibly professional and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. She took time to explain every step of the treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The salon was spotlessly clean too. Will definitely rebook!

I got massaged by Tina for the first time and had the best experience with her! I booked in for the half body massage and she talked me through her process making sure to ask me what areas to focus on/avoid as well as a thorough explanation of the oils and scents she would be using during the massage. She was very welcoming and friendly from beginning of service to the end and I left the most relaxed I’ve been in a long time. Thanks Tina, I’ll be back soon!

Always at ease jen has waxed me for over 16 years or more maybe lol im 6 and half months pregnant and still makes me feel at ease with intense waxing as im now feeling it a tad more with being pregnant lol but would highly recommend jen to anyone :) would never go anywere else :) x

So today I had my very first appointment with Abbi, and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had. Not only is Abbi, welcoming, super friendly but also amazing at what she does. I left the salon feeling like I was on cloud nine, and that was only having a lash lift/tint and a brow wax/tint. I’ve had them done at another salon before but this is definitely the best they’ve ever been done and they look fab. Would I recommend Level Up based on my experience..110% yes! 5 stars isn’t enough…see you in 4weeks😁 xx

The pedicure was absolutely amazing! Giusy is very experienced and she knows how to give you the best pampering experience! My feet are so soft and the legs are lighter thanks to her massage. Definitely book a pedicure before Christmas to get the soak with cranberries, oranges and rose petals, the experience is overall amazing when you can relax with aromatherapy for over an hour! Good for the body and soul ✨
