I cannot recommend Amy highly enough! Never experienced a deep tissue massage quite like it - Amy knows what wrong with your body before you do! Amazingly warm and genuinely down to earth. I do look forward to our regular sessions where I leave feeling lighter and with stunning posture thanks to her magic! Please book that appointment- you will not regret it! Best in the business!

Fabulous this is my second visit to Ampha for a lymphatic drainage massage . Ampha is a lovely person and amazing and so knowledgable at her job. I came out feeling great and felt the benefit of the massage . Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting one . Five stars from me .

Shelagh was thorough in gathering information that made the massage safe and very satisfying. At various times throughout the massage, she asked if I was getting what I needed from the massage. She put me at my ease. And I left feeling very relaxed and loosened up!

The deep tissue massage really helped loosen up the tight muscles/tension/knots around my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Shelagh was extremely thorough and assessed my condition beforehand. She gave me a lower back massage, to begin with as there was a bit of tightness there as well, and then moved onto the problem areas. After the massage, my neck and shoulder were definitely a lot better and less painful than what it was before. I would recommend Shelagh's Massage if you've got muscle tightness/tension/knots or even looking for a massage. Thank you so much, Shelagh 😀

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

Amazing lymphatic drainage and c section scar massage. I had my first baby 4 months ago via unplanned c section and was blown away with the results after just one massage. The massage instantly removed any tenderness that I had around the incision. I’ll definitely be back for a second treatment.
