Visited Stretch in Glasgow for the first time and booked the full package – assisted stretch, sauna and cold plunge. Georgie was excellent from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, checked in throughout the session, and made sure not to push things too far, especially with my right knee due to an old injury. The stretch itself was brilliant and I genuinely felt the difference afterwards. The sauna and cold plunge were the perfect way to finish up, and having the space to myself made it even better for switching off and resetting. Overall, a great experience.

I’ve been going to see Tina for massages and facials for years, she has the most wonderful calm healing energy and holds such a lovely safe space for all of her clients. She makes all of her own holistic products and guides you through a full body relaxation before getting to work on all your aches and pains. She’s incredible at what she does and I’m so fortunate she’s based in Glasgow!

When Laura finished my Sculptured Facial Lifting massage, I was speechless! My brain and mouth simply wouldn't connect! It was a journey in every sense. As someone with a lot of jaw tension, the relief was profound. My face felt deeply relaxed yet alive with a radiant energy I’ve never felt before. Even 30 mins after my appointment, I had a great glow and honestly looked like I’d reclaimed a few years! I left feeling floaty, revived, and very thirsty (drink your water!). First visit today at Stretched Glasgow and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. Amy was fantastic she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived and explained each stretch clearly as she went along. After just one session, the pain in my neck has gone. My whole body feels lighter, and I already notice a huge improvement in my movement. I’ll definitely be back!

I got a facial and Japanese head massage. As a mum who works for healthcare I definitely needed it!! It was so relaxing and refreshing I will be getting them every month! It’s a great self care day and I will be booking Fern for a massage soon and lash extensions as Fern does many beauty treatments and services!

Brilliant, all well explained and a great set up. Totally relaxing, just what is needed after a hard week. Would highly recommend.

This is my third visit and I am sure there will be many more. I chose to combine my stretch with a session of contrast therapy so I got to chill out in the sauna after my stretch. I felt very relaxed when I left. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone should give this place a try.

Honestly, I have never been so relaxed before in my life. Tina is amazing at what she does, your treatment is more than just a facial, it's a whole experience. Tina has such a positive, relaxing and safe energy. Her products are amazing and my skin was so calm and glowing afterwards. I have been recommending everyone I know to book in with her. Second time getting a message from fern excellent again so relaxing and enough pressure to feel the benefit

First time doing combination therapy and left feeling relaxed and energised. Staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxed. There are three plunge pools with different temperature. The ‘warmest’ is 7 degrees and the coldest is 3 degrees. I only went in the 7 degree one and it was pretty cold but managed to get in without too much grimacing and when I was in I got used to it quite quickly. Was very nice to be able to go straight into the sauna after, which was clean, well lit and a perfect temperature to sit in for a good while without feeling too hot.

My partner and I both loved our visit to float, fire and ice. Leona was very welcoming and professional; she gave us a thorough introduction to the flotation tank, which was great as it was our first experience. The facilities were very clean and well-presented and the 90-minute slot afforded plenty time to rest and relax. It was reassuring to know we could contact Leona at any point through the touch of a button. I’d highly recommend a visit. It was well worth a drive from the other side of the city to experience this. We floated out the door!

I feel rejuvenated Looser More relaxed, mentally as well as physically. An improved me. The stretching was phenomenal and felt totally relaxed in the therapist's hands. The sauna / plunge pool was a great addition to an already great treatment. I will make this a part of my self help routine. Thank you

My experience was ten ten banging Jamie was first class, he made me feel very comfortable and was very clued up on a things forthcoming and explained everything as we went in a very social manner , front door staff very welcoming, the sauna was brilliant, my first infra sauna, I totally underestimated the cold baths omg !! , but overall I felt great and slept like a baby last night ❤️

Another great session with Mitchie! She makes me feel so comfortable and explains everything so I always know what to expect and how it benefits my body. I feel completely at ease throughout and leave feeling like I’m floating, so relaxed, refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit. I can’t recommend Mitchie or Stretched enough. The studio is beautiful, calm and welcoming with a clean, professional feel. If you’re thinking about trying it, do it, you won’t regret it!
