This new Glasgow city centre salon is on another level. The space is sleek and luxurious, they’re using high end products, and the whole experience feels premium without higher prices. Their AI UV lamp really stands out designed to target only the nail surface while helping prevent skin damage, which shows real attention to detail and care. The team are skilled, thorough, and don’t rush. For a new salon, this is seriously impressive. Easy 5 stars.

Honestly awesome. I was worried that when I moved to Glasgow, I wouldn't find a brow artist that did the type of brows I wanted. I love that she explained everything to me, the who's, what's, and why's. When I had by brows done previously, I had nothing explained to me and trusted the process. Although my brows were great before, they're even better now! Will be back for my annual touch up for sure.

I’ve been going to see Tina for massages and facials for years, she has the most wonderful calm healing energy and holds such a lovely safe space for all of her clients. She makes all of her own holistic products and guides you through a full body relaxation before getting to work on all your aches and pains. She’s incredible at what she does and I’m so fortunate she’s based in Glasgow!

1st time in this salon. Had an appointment to get my eye makeup done. Was taken right on time without having to wait. MUA managed to fit me in for full face which was great. MUA was friendly and listened to what I wanted. I felt relaxed and at ease. Have booked another appointment for next month.

Kirsty is a first class beautician. After booking lash extensions with her, I met her briefly a few days before for a patch test. I was so impressed by her professionalism and how at ease I felt with her that I booked a Hollywood wax too (something I had felt a bit embarrassed to do before). I am writing this after my appointment for both treatments and can honestly say that she made me feel so comfortable and the results were fantastic. The best experience at the The Lab Look today - went previously when it was beauty boutique and the service is second to none! Laura just knows how to do your brows to perfection. And after 3 attempts with local nail salons I know that my manicure will last me this time rather than chipping within days!!
