Had a Pedi with Imo. Who is professional and dedicated to her craft. She is caring and gentle, listens to you as a customer and is so careful and thorough with everything she does. Explains what she is going to do. A truly great experience. My feet feel wonderful after she has finished also leg and foot massage is the best.

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

This was an amazing experience. The waxing process was very smooth and the customer service was impeccable. Very clean and sterile work environment and Lily made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Would 100% recommend!!!

Wow this young lady has movie in the palm of hers hands! Such a beautiful, relaxing experience. I had the Hawaii massage, dermaplan luxury facial and my brows waxed and tinted. Lolly Ann was very knowledgeable and didn’t over share! Which I LOVE! She was very professional and extremely welcoming, just the right amount of both. Her Indian head massage as part of the full body was FABULOUS! She was accommodating to my needs of wanting my stomach massaged too and seemed informed about lymphatic drainage. I absolutely love Lolly Ann’s Hair and Beauty Salon. The variety of treatments is amazing and they are all undertaken to the highest standards. I have had my hair, lashes and waxing done and absolutely loved it all. The staff make you feel so at ease and welcome and the salon is clean and tidy. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

I generally don't enjoy having my haircut and never quite seem to like the end result. Postponed my appointment 3 times as I chickened out but today, even though I was very anxious. Was made to feel very welcome on arrival and instantly put at ease. Klaudia was great at listening to what I wanted from my drastic change to my very long hair. Gave loads of advice and discussed what she was going to do. Fabulous hairwash and head massage and then full attention to my cut and hairstyle. Klaudia is fantastic and I absolutely love my hair.
