Had a Pedi with Imo. Who is professional and dedicated to her craft. She is caring and gentle, listens to you as a customer and is so careful and thorough with everything she does. Explains what she is going to do. A truly great experience. My feet feel wonderful after she has finished also leg and foot massage is the best.

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

This was an amazing experience. The waxing process was very smooth and the customer service was impeccable. Very clean and sterile work environment and Lily made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Would 100% recommend!!!

This was my second visit to Lauren for a full body massage and it was even better than the last!! Lauren asked me how my body had been feeling and specifically the targets areas that I asked to be worked on. I spoke about how much better they had been and also how I’d been having issues with my legs. So Lauren went to work and wow was it a good session. Great leg wax appointment with Jamie. She was friendly as always and kept me chatting away so I was distracted throughout the wax which was done perfectly. Can’t recommend Jamie enough, as always.

Helen has created the perfect space in which to relax and completely enjoy a treatment. I had a wonderful full body massage. Loved the heated couch! My nano treatment on my face has left it beautifully smooth. Can’t wait for my next visit.

My treatments with Helen never disappoint. I had my usual pedicure, facial and back massage. Although Helen does a full body massage, I tend to have the 15-minute back massage which is very therapeutic and she eases away any knots in my shoulders. Her treatment room is so welcoming and comfortable and I look forward to my visits every six weeks as a break from all the commitments I have and the chance to relax, chat and be pampered. I cannot recommend her treatments and beauty advice highly enough. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
