I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. I had a Swedish body massage with Hannah, she was lovely, friendly and put you at ease. She explained everything and carried out a very good relaxing massage. Also as it is hot at the moment, she had a cool fan on, which made the experience more comfortable and the room was very ambient with relaxing music.

I had the Brazilian lymphatic drainage and hot stones and Indian head massage I really enjoyed it I felt Oksana was very professional, and experienced and will definitely book again It was just what I needed!

Kerry gave me a 1 hour and 30 minute deep tissue sports massage, and I was really impressed. She explained the reasons for my pain and eased it by releasing trigger points. She also recommended I see an osteopath and was more helpful than any GP I’ve seen. I finally felt understood, not dismissed, and I slept so well after the massage. I highly recommend her. She helped me understand the connection between my overall body pain and my diagnoses, including endometriosis, hypermobility, scoliosis, and a slipped disc.
