Had a Pedi with Imo. Who is professional and dedicated to her craft. She is caring and gentle, listens to you as a customer and is so careful and thorough with everything she does. Explains what she is going to do. A truly great experience. My feet feel wonderful after she has finished also leg and foot massage is the best.

There’s nothing Lauren doesn’t know about beauty. She’s the oracle. Could t recommend her enough been going to her for years. Love the treatments, love the chinwags and love the giggles. Best therapist in Crawley and I’ve been to most of them

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

Orchid Beauty salon is a clean and comfortable environment and Em provides a professional service with warm and friendly atmosphere. I had a full leg & extended bikini wax, a lip/chin and eyebrow wax and a luxury pedicure and I am very pleased with the excellent results. I’d recommend this salon and I’ll definitely return for further treatments.

This was my second visit to Lauren for a full body massage and it was even better than the last!! Lauren asked me how my body had been feeling and specifically the targets areas that I asked to be worked on. I spoke about how much better they had been and also how I’d been having issues with my legs. So Lauren went to work and wow was it a good session. I just love how at ease I feel with like I’ve known her for ages. Thank you so much!! Roll on my next visit 😊

Great leg wax appointment with Jamie. She was friendly as always and kept me chatting away so I was distracted throughout the wax which was done perfectly. Can’t recommend Jamie enough, as always.

I generally don't enjoy having my haircut and never quite seem to like the end result. Postponed my appointment 3 times as I chickened out but today, even though I was very anxious. Was made to feel very welcome on arrival and instantly put at ease. Klaudia was great at listening to what I wanted from my drastic change to my very long hair. Gave loads of advice and discussed what she was going to do. Fabulous hairwash and head massage and then full attention to my cut and hairstyle. Klaudia is fantastic and I absolutely love my hair. Thank you so much Klaudia. Highly recommend.

Nicky gives me her full attention and always makes me feel special once it's had my hair done. I often ask for something different but as my hair is hard to manage and not having time to fraff about with it she ALWAYS makes it look 100% perfect.highly recommend everyone uses nicky.
