Samantha was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my laser treatment. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was smooth and much easier than I expected. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Samantha!

Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

I have thick facial hair and very sensitive skin, so I was very careful when choosing an esthetician for a full face wax. Shruti at Beauty Destination Brow and Wax Bar was kind, friendly, and highly professional. She checked in with me after every strip to see if my skin was hurting and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I will definitely visit again. Thank you, Shruti!

I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Very experienced. She was recommended to me from a friend. Friend said she was a top quality nail tech who would make smooth (not bumpy), even and uniform, beautiful nails. You know how sometimes there’s a natural leader in salons who the other techs go to for advice? This is that lady. When booking appointment, I saw the amount of reviews given to techs - Minnie had thousands of positive reviews. And the prices are so reasonable. For half the price of my old salon, I can get a better gel for what I like, it costs less money. TIP WELL! Minnie deserves it!

Enjoyed my treatment with Suneela. I never usually give a full rate to any one or business, as there is always room for improvement. I gave her a cash tip, as had experience if its in the billing for my MC then sometimes its charged then the tax, so paying tax on the tip...no no. thx

I visited Ciel Nail Spa Boutique and had a full self-care experience, including a manicure, pedicure, facial, and waxing all done in one visit. Every service was handled with great attention and professionalism. The staff were friendly, careful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout.I was especially impressed by how smooth and relaxing the whole experience felt, even with multiple services at the same time. 5 star +++ experience today! Full shellac manicure, full pedicure, brow wax, and full facial — I cannot even describe how amazing I felt walking out today. It was exactly what I needed in my life. Teresa was accommodating, gentle, and professional. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and confident. My skin looks amazing, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

It was amazing! Damien did all over blonde on my hair tonight and I love it! He really took the time to get the colour just right. His attention to detail is impeccable. Also, he does an outstanding job with waxing. I will continue to go see him for colour and waxing!

Noor is amazing. She is very skillful at waxing, minimizing the level of discomfort. She always has helpful suggestions with no pressure applied. Today after my leg waxing, she recommended I try the eyelash tint. She had the time so I agreed to try it! Amazing. I will not need to apply mascara for a few weeks. Love,Love, Love!!!! Fantastic lash service at Bee Fab, as always! The owner, Bianca, knows her stuff and does it well. She also goes out of her way to make sure I feel comfortable and relaxed during my appts, which I really appreciate. If you live on the Hamilton mountain, I highly recommend this spa!

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience at Spa on Wilson, the staff were friendly and highly attentive. It really was a personalized experience that makes me feel great about booking again in the future! Definitely do the full spa pedicure, the paraffin wax felt incredible.
