Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Lucy is wonderful. She really takes her work seriously and is impeccable with the services she provides me. She’s a very lovely young lady. Annie is super sweet and does my eyebrow wax and tint beautifully! I have been coming to this salon for years and highly recommend Annie Nails!

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

Juliet is a lovely lady. Wonderful leg massage with my pedicure. She suggested adding a paraffin treatment to help with dry skin. It felt great. My feet are so soft!

Love that the gel removal technique is to protect the nail health instead of rushing. The customee service is excellent and the ambiance is beautiful. I will definitelg go back!

Twinkle did an amazing job on my brow mapping and threading! I absolutely love my brows. She was so gentle, and it wasn’t painful at all. Such a lovely vibe—I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Great experience, twinkle was great, great vibe and setup was cozy and clean. Have had several techs do my brows but twinkle is the best as is the shop space and she will be my go to girl moving forward.

I visited Ciel Nail Spa Boutique and had a full self-care experience, including a manicure, pedicure, facial, and waxing all done in one visit. Every service was handled with great attention and professionalism. The staff were friendly, careful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout.I was especially impressed by how smooth and relaxing the whole experience felt, even with multiple services at the same time. Everything was clean, well-organized, and high quality. I highly recommend Ciel Salon to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing experience. I will definitely come back.

Juliette was wonderful! Very thorough with waxing and pedicure. Love how clean the spa is. Bonus that I could buy some tinted sunscreen too! Will definitely be back :)

What a lovely experience! Enjoyed every moment, from the friendly greeting, excellent cappuccino during my treatment, to the services themselves! Alexis was beyond lovely, very attentive and meticulous. My pedicure was relaxing, the brow wax was perfect, and I’m so glad I chose the cat eye manicure!! I highly recommend, and will be back!
