Alyssa was not only professional but she instantly made me feel at home in her chair. She answered all of my questions regarding the application of permanent Eyebrows. She did a phenomenal job on my eyebrow tint amd wax. I cant wait to return in 2 weeks to have my eyebrow tattooing completed

It was my 1st time visiting A&A. I came in to get my brows waxed and tinted. I left looking like big bird even after asking for my brows to be waxed more. Angela explained that my eyebrows were uneven and needed time to grow-in better before she could make bigger changes. Today I am enjoying my eyebrows much better. Time and wash have take the darkness out of the tint and they look much better.

The staff especially Viera and Lai consistently provide professional, ensuring I feel at ease every time. I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

I really loved the service, the pain was bearable even though I heard otherwise. I got my lip blushing done by Mitra, she was amazing. Made the experience 10 times better. Didn’t even feel the time go by and was looking forward to my touch up just to chat with her again. Overall, the customer service is amazing would definitely recommend!

Navi is the best at what she does! I had my 1st session done for my tattoo removal. She talked to me before and after about aftercare and was very thorough. I’ve also had other types of treatments done by here as well.

As a senior, I have been around the block a few times trying different places to do permanent and touch up brows, lips. eyeliner, etc. Never did I feel the same confidence, reassurance and professionalism that I felt at this clinic. Alyssa did an amazing job on my brows and I’m thrilled to bits. Having now been to this sweet, super clean clinic, I will never again try another place nor will I let anyone but Alyssa work on me with permanent makeup. Alyssa is a beautiful, kind, artistic woman and I highly recommend her and the SKN Deep Cosmetic Clinic.

Alyssa is extremely talented and a lovely person to be around. I was very comfortable with putting my eyebrows in her capable hands and am so glad I did. I wanted a natural looking brow that works with my facial structure and Alyssa guided me through my options and gave her expert recommendations which turned out beautiful. I will be going back for more permanent makeup with Alyssa to help enhance my natural features and give me that extra bit of ‘wow’ without having to spend the time and effort with makeup. It’s also better than anything I’ve done on my own so thank you!

I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! I went to see Cassandra for a tattoo removal, she was great! She was ready to offer numbing and ice to reduce the pain. She took before pictures to track the progress. She’s very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend anyone looking to remove a tattoo to give her a try. You’ll be glad you did.
