I absolutely love this salon near Kensington Olympia. Olga is truly one of the most professional nail technicians I’ve ever come across — the quality of her manicures and pedicures is simply unmatched. I haven’t seen anything this good anywhere in London or even in Surrey, where I live. Honestly, it’s completely worth traveling two hours from home just to have my nails done here. The results are always perfect. What makes it even more special is the atmosphere — I genuinely feel like I’m among friends or family every time I visit. I will definitely keep coming back!

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

The best experience I've had in London so far. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and I was offered a drink. Then another lady washed ans prepared my hair for the cut. She was lovely and professional at the same time. Hakan then took time to listen to what I wanted and also had great suggestions based on my hair type. I’ve been coming for a few years to do electrolysis with Jacquie (one of the few places left in London which still do it!), and she always does an excellent job. It’s not a pain free procedure but I’m always made to feel as comfortable as possible, taking breaks when necessary etc. The treatment always works well and I never had any problems after.
