Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

Had highlights, toner& root smudge done today with Ruby & Blow dry with Brooke I’m really pleased with tihe results , really natural looking , I wasn’t sure what I really wanted/needed & Ruby recommended colours which I love , Thankyou Ruby& Brooke amazing as usual xx

I never know how to explain what it is I am imagining, but Laura takes the time to discuss everything with me and gives me her input and I absolutely love the end result!! This salon is totally chic but also very friendly. Josh is an amazing hairdresser and seems to know exactly how you want your hair. Prices are very reasonable for such an upmarket salon. Highly recommended.

This has been, the best service I’ve ever had. Full transformation from colour to cut, all the way to Extensions. So welcoming, and professional. Michael really put the effort in when it came to the small details and cared about the process and the end result. This was a full, “mummy makeover” for me and I feel like I can see myself again. Today has meant more than just my hair, this has meant the world to me. To invest in someone that knows exactly what you want and how to do it is priceless! I cannot recommend Michael enough, and will never be going anywhere else!

First visit to Michael , I am one of the many wanting to embrace my natural colour now after years of highlighting my hair - I had grown the highlights out for 6 months. Michael toned my hair to blend the old highlights in and then did a great choppy cut. Haircut fabulous, colour is great - just different/darker to how I normally have it - blends well though. Let’s see if I can get used to it! Excellent friendly professional service and advice.

This was my first time seeing Michael and I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and friendliness and understanding of what I actually wanted! Hair is perfect! I decided I wanted to change things up and add a little more brown to my balayage but not make it too dark and Michael did it exactly as imagined! To top it off I even got treated to a homemade caramel iced latte and a head massage, so no complaints here!

Lauren did an amazing job with my hair, blending in my balayage beautifully. She was extremely gentle ( even with my challenging curls) and listened to my needs while offering helpful advice. I can’t recommend her or Michael enough. This is my second time visiting and certainly will not be my last! Thank you so much :)

Sophie was great, I hadn't had extensions before. She talked me through the options, maintaining and everything else I would need to know. They look incredible! So happy with the results. Would 100% recommend.

I loved having my hair cut and blowed dried by Sophie, she very kindly used cooler water to wash my hair it was heaven what with hot weather. Sophie did a brilliant job and even had a bottle of cold water on hand from the chiller, fantastic thank you.
