Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

Zara is absolutely incredible! She’s not just a talented hairdresser — she’s a true artist with a beautiful soul. My hair has never looked or felt better; she completely brought it back to life! After seeing an advert online for hair models I booked into gloss in parkstone with the advanced apprentice Alix to be a model. I’ve never had any colour on my hair before and she did balayage at a very good discounted price ! Wow I love my hair ready for my holiday on Monday ! Thank-you so much Alix

The lovely Sophie did my hair today. Having walked in with a frizzy ginger mess, I walked out with a sleek caramel balayage. Very happy 😊.

Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Super happy with my balayage! Sophie was so considerate of what I wanted and a perfectionist when it came to my colour lifting. You can tell the salon owner really cares about her staff and training doesn't stop when they are at a certain level which you don't get everywhere. Probably the most relaxed salon experience I've had too! Will deffo be back again :)

Hair is perfect! I decided I wanted to change things up and add a little more brown to my balayage but not make it too dark and Michael did it exactly as imagined! To top it off I even got treated to a homemade caramel iced latte and a head massage, so no complaints here!

Lauren is an excellent hairdresser, I couldn’t recommend her enough. She expertly balayages my hair with consistently good results, and is great to talk to!

Michael always gets it spot on! I have the best experience at the salon, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my balayage and hair extensions.

Lauren did an amazing job with my hair, blending in my balayage beautifully. She was extremely gentle ( even with my challenging curls) and listened to my needs while offering helpful advice. I visited gloss hair lounge today and was greeted by Sophie who was very friendly and welcoming. I would like to start by saying thank you for opening up on the weekend just for me and for correcting my bodged balayage in time for my holiday tomorrow. Sophie made me feel at ease from the start of my appointment up until the very end. She is very talented and very knowledgeable no question I asked went unanswered. Sophie has done a fantastic job with my hair today and I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. I can’t wait to come back in January for my next appointment.
