My experience started the day before my appointment when I visited the store and made a purchase. I was encouraged to return for a nail set, and I'm so glad I did. The receptionist was warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable from the very beginning. My nail technician was amazing—patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. The rest of the staff were also welcoming and pleasant, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.
