I really enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge experience, feeling not just training ready but also refreshed. The facilities are fantastic and I liked how easy it is to book. Such friendly staff as well. Looking forward to trying out those recovery compression boots next time.

Loved my experience at Sports Recovery Hub! The sauna and cold plunge combo was incredible — so refreshing and the perfect way to relax and recover. The space is clean, welcoming, and really well set up. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful relaxing experience with quick friendly service

I have started going to Miceala since the start of the year and she is the absolute best. She is the sweetest soul, always making sure I am comfortable and okay, she is extremely professional and I always walk out there hairless like a baby. She also gives the world’s best most relaxing massages. 100/10 would recommend Miceala!

I had the most relaxing day ever. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Whammys massage was amazing and Kirsty's help with the sauna was on point. The coffee was sooo good....I am forever thankful for the beautiful ladies at Total Concept Salon and Spa for the peaceful morning I had with them.

It was my first time at Mello's Mobile Beauty Spa. Hlumelo received us with a warm welcoming smile, I took my mom for a spa treatment spoil for her birthday and she loved every moment of it. Her experience so great she wished I could take her more often!

No words can explain the experience you get everytime you step into Mellos beauty salon. The atmosphere and the ambience just makes you feel so relaxed and zoned out you know! I hahe have to say I've done my very first ever back and shoulder massage and damn I enjoyed it 😊. I literally fell asleep lol 🤭 and the relaxing music/tunes is just so relaxing 😌 hey even when I leave I still hear that tunes in my head. It actually calms me down even outside in my day to day stressful work environment. I'll recommend everyone to choose Mellos mobile and beauty salon. These ladies are awesome. 🥰🥰🥰

It was the most amazing experience I’ve had. The massage was especially relaxing and I think I dozed off for most of it. My therapist was so kind and caring, and made me feel so taken care. An extra treat / surprise was when I got to use the sauna afterward. I went home on cloud nine.

Other worldly. A much needed treatment, the ambiance was wonderfully relaxing, the therapists were the epitome of professionalism. That was the best full body massagebI have ever had with The Total Concept. Don't bother going anywhere else. You feel like you are in a hotel spa in some foreign destination. It's pure hedonistic pleasure.

Liezel and Orpa made me feel most welcome and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Love how my hand and toenails are looking! 😍
