From the moment I walked into Total Concept, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, instantly making me feel welcome. The space itself is immaculate—clean, well-maintained, and designed with a serene, homey feel that puts you at ease the second you step inside. My treatment with Wami was nothing short of amazing. She has an incredible touch, blending skill and intuition to create a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Every movement was precise and soothing, melting away tension and leaving me feeling completely refreshed.

It was the most amazing experience I’ve had. The massage was especially relaxing and I think I dozed off for most of it. My therapist was so kind and caring, and made me feel so taken care. An extra treat / surprise was when I got to use the sauna afterward. I went home on cloud nine.

Hubby and I enjoyed our couple's spa treatment. Thanks Total Concept, you helped me make my hubby's birthday one to remember.

Other worldly. A much needed treatment, the ambiance was wonderfully relaxing, the therapists were the epitome of professionalism. That was the best full body massagebI have ever had with The Total Concept. Don't bother going anywhere else. You feel like you are in a hotel spa in some foreign destination. It's pure hedonistic pleasure.
