It was my first time at Mello's Mobile Beauty Spa. Hlumelo received us with a warm welcoming smile, I took my mom for a spa treatment spoil for her birthday and she loved every moment of it. Her experience so great she wished I could take her more often!

Megan provides quality services in the most comfortable environment. It is always such a treat when you visit Elegance. Megan is so good at creating a safe and calm space and you feel she puts her heart into the services she provides. She has an incredible touch, blending skill and intuition to create a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. It was the most amazing experience I’ve had. The massage was especially relaxing and I think I dozed off for most of it. My therapist was so kind and caring, and made me feel so taken care. An extra treat / surprise was when I got to use the sauna afterward. I went home on cloud nine.

Mello is so professional & honestly I've been to many spas, for massage and Mello worked areas of concern without me mentioning where I was in pain. She is excellent!

Other worldly. A much needed treatment, the ambiance was wonderfully relaxing, the therapists were the epitome of professionalism. That was the best full body massagebI have ever had with The Total Concept. Don't bother going anywhere else. You feel like you are in a hotel spa in some foreign destination. It's pure hedonistic pleasure.

I've been looking for a place where the atmosphere is warm and friendly and I found it at Total Concept Salon and Spa. The Facial was so amazing that it relaxed me and I actually fell asleep and the massage and foot soak and scrub was a real treat and thank you to each Therapist that assisted me and my sister. We are amazed and relaxed we both needed this treatments because we've needed to destress and just haven't found the right place that can do the treatments properly .we will definitely come back again

Never disappoints, regardless of the design, the nail art is always on point.

I always enjoy my day at the spa doing my monthly facials.I do however think that a loyal client incentive would be nice.Maybe a free facial once in a while?
