I had my lumi eye pro treatment done by dr Alisha she is so genuine and transparent about her treatments and services. she took her time to carefully explain each step of the process to me and was so kind and welcoming. She listened to the other skin concerns I had and offered me the best options without putting any pressure to choose a treatment, she was open to listening to exactly what I wanted to achieve. The Experience was amazing I had no bruising nor swelling and felt absolutely no pain. I would definitely recommend her for such amazing results.

From stepping into the serene space at om holistic, I felt genuinely cared for. The environment was warm and nurturing, setting the tone for a beautiful Cupping Holistic Facial. Alaine’s approach is both professional and compassionate. She took time to understand my needs, creating a treatment that felt truly personalised. The facial was calming and grounding and the products smelt amazing! What stood out most was Alaine’s nurturing presence - her touch, her attentiveness, and her calming energy made me feel safe and supported throughout. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed!

Alaine was incredible, the space was incredible and I’m pretty sure I fell asleep briefly during my facial, as I was soooo relaxed. I had the Gua Sha facial and it was magical. My skin is chuffed. So am I! Lovely touches with the pot of tea post-treatment and also being supported to stay lying down and resting for a while, not feeling like I had to rush off! Will definitely be back. I have already left a positive review on TripAdvisor as u wanted but normally I leave reviews on fresha so my 1st ever visit here was superb it went to plan I enjoyed my Indian head massage wiv Abi very much most importantly left Spa feeling great wat I wanted & exactly wat i achieved shud hav perhaps booked an earlier appointment jus because in the spontaneous moment I was liking indian head massage that much fancied a Swedish massage but my appointment was 540pm & they close 630pm.I will jus book again next time for that whenever I require a treat and want my mood lifting

Beautiful, peaceful setting. I instantly felt relaxed. Warm welcome and personalised treatment made it feel really special. Alaine was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. Massage was calming and released so much tension. Clean, professional space. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend!

I've just enjoyed the most relaxing and calming Indian head massage at Om Holistic this morning. From start to finish everything was so perfect with a lovely welcome, attention to detail and the most beautiful massage in a wonderful space. There was no element of being rushed which I adored, with refreshments afterwards to finish a wonderful hour or so to switch off and fully relax. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back soon! Returned to the spa after 3 months but this time to treat myself to a facial. I had a facial before a few years back but nothing of this level. The whole process was explained by the therapist before the treatment and during the treatment, mentioned what she was going to do before doing it. Many times she asked if I was comfortable…it was so relaxing, I must have dozed off a few times haha. This was an amazing experience.

I had a wonderful experience! The facilities were excellent. The spa was well decorated, clean, calm and modern. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. I enjoyed my floatation experience, it was so relaxing! The little touches like toiletries and tea after your treatment really added to the experience and made it feel luxurious. A special thank you to Kristine who was wonderful and really made my visit special.

I booked a luxury facial along with my Mum as a treat. The team at Dragonfly were able to accommodate our appointments together and we were able to have our treatments in the same room at the same time with two therapists. The facial itself was so relaxing, and the products used tailored to our individual skin concerns. We both felt relaxed yet rejuvenated after our treatments and felt fully welcomed into the spa. I cannot recommend the setting, the team or the treatments strongly enough. Great for individuals, couples or similar and worth the money for a special treat.

Veronica aways gives a very professional, effective massage in a lovely calming relaxing space. A great way to have some quality time for yourself. Highly recommend.

This was my second facial today with Olivia, and she really made the whole experience feel easy and comforting. She has this calm, steady way of working that helped me relax right from the start. She explained what she was doing throughout each step and it enough to make me feel cared for. By the end, my face felt clean, soft, and refreshed, but what stood out most was her presence: warm, patient, and genuinely kind. I left feeling lighter, thanks to both the facial and the way she carried the space. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my skin!

Had a lymphatic drainage massage with added wood therapy at Bonitaz Serenity Spa and I will definitely be back. Paula was very attentive and informative and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. I definitely saw a noticeable improvement in the tightness of the skin on my stomach after just one session so would definitely recommend :)

It was my first visit today and I met Paula such a warm, kind, and welcoming person. The space was calm, clean, and relaxing. I came in for a lymphatic massage but explained I was feeling stressed, so she suggested starting with a relaxing massage before the lymphatic one. It was perfect! Paula made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She’s open minded, professional, and truly lovely. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend her to my family!

I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

Alaine holds the perfect space and setting for a wholesome and nourishing holistic treatment. This was my second visit to Om Holistic, this time for a back, shoulder and neck massage and it was perfect! Alaine personalised the treatment and aromatherapy oils to suit my needs. Such an eye for detail from start to finish and a truly nurtung sanctuary ❤️
