I've just enjoyed the most relaxing and calming Indian head massage at Om Holistic this morning. From start to finish everything was so perfect with a lovely welcome, attention to detail and the most beautiful massage in a wonderful space. There was no element of being rushed which I adored, with refreshments afterwards to finish a wonderful hour or so to switch off and fully relax. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back soon! From stepping into the serene space at om holistic, I felt genuinely cared for. The environment was warm and nurturing, setting the tone for a beautiful Cupping Holistic Facial. Alaine’s approach is both professional and compassionate. She took time to understand my needs, creating a treatment that felt truly personalised. The facial was calming and grounding and the products smelt amazing! Alaine was incredible, the space was incredible and I’m pretty sure I fell asleep briefly during my facial, as I was soooo relaxed. I had the Gua Sha facial and it was magical. My skin is chuffed. So am I! Lovely touches with the pot of tea post-treatment and also being supported to stay lying down and resting for a while, not feeling like I had to rush off! Will definitely be back. I recently had a facial, back massage, and head/scalp massage at Om Holistics, and the entire experience was just perfect. From the thoughtful text message from Alaine a few days beforehand with all the necessary details, to the lovely herbal tea at the end, every part of the visit was perfectly considered. Alaine was warm, friendly, and funny, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment felt completely tailored to my needs and was of fantastic quality. The best treatment I've ever had!! I had the back massage, facial and head massage and it was absolutely dreamy. What a really lovely person Alaine is I had a very relaxing reflexology treatment which was amazing, she really took her time to give the treatment, I haven't felt this relaxed in such a long time. The venue was beautiful, a very calm space. Alaine followed the treatment by giving me water, chamomile tea and a nice biscuit. I got a lavender eye mask to take home too. All in all a truly wonderful experience, it's evident that Alaine has put a great deal of thought into her clients having the best experience possible. This was my first visit but certainly wont be my last.

Such a lovely experience from start to finish, from herbal tea at start, warm bed, soft towels, warmth & scents. I had Gua Sha Luminous Lift Facial which was so relaxing, which included neck massage & shoulder which was amazing. Alaine is such a lovely lady, such a calming studio & when finished I was given another herbal tea, and time to get ready slowly at the end, everything was so just relaxed & was no rush, and was given herbal bath salts too. Wow! I’ve literally floated home from having an amazing gua sha facial. Alaine explained everything she would be using and ensured I was very relaxed. I especially loved the neck and shoulder massage and the jade combs. Her studio is stunning and is definitely set up to create a very welcoming and relaxing environment. I went to Alaine for a full body massage and had the best experience. The massage was so relaxing and I could feel it working in some of the more tense areas. Alaine made me feel really relaxed and I really enjoyed picking the oils for me at the start for the massage. I can highly recommend!
