I had a great experience today. Welcoming staff, lovely place and facilities but most importantly the massage was one of the best I've had and I know I am picky being a trained masseuse too! Tetiana was incredibly professional, the whole experience was so relaxing and I'll definitely be back. The only 'issue'was the music kept cutting off during the treatment which is a shame but otherwise I cannot fault my experience at Dragonfly Spa today.

Tetiana was lovely and calming and I had the best experience the massage was so relaxing but also I felt she really worked hard on alot of areas that needed more attention. I also had a head neck and scalp massage which was fabulous. I honestly felt great when I left and definitely recommend Tetiana.. I will be back!

Tetiana is a wizard - she thoroughly wrung me out and I left feeling half a foot taller. I could tell she was paying careful attention to my areas of tension and not simply going through the motions, which made me feel very cared for. She checked that I was happy with the pressure throughout, and overall left me feeling deliciously relaxed. Thank you Tetiana and dragonfly skin! Always a delight

I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.

I suffer from neck and shoulder pain, and Iqra gave me an excellent massage. I felt deeply relaxed, and my neck and shoulder pain was significantly reduced. Because of this, I slept really well, and the next day I felt much more relaxed too.

A lovely calm, clean and comfortable environment. I originally came in for a hydrafacial, but Andreia recommended I just go for a deep exfoliation. She cares about what is important for your skin, not just what makes money. My skin felt amazing after like a glazed doughnut! I'll certainly be back

Unbelievable service and can’t recommend enough. I was admittedly nervous as I’ve never done any colours or even shaped my hair before getting a balayage & hair cut.
