I've just enjoyed the most relaxing and calming Indian head massage at Om Holistic this morning. From start to finish everything was so perfect with a lovely welcome, attention to detail and the most beautiful massage in a wonderful space. There was no element of being rushed which I adored, with refreshments afterwards to finish a wonderful hour or so to switch off and fully relax. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back soon! I absolutely love my facials with Liv at Skin Club Leeds! I always leave feeling relaxed, satisfied, and with a special glow. Liv is incredibly kind and makes every session so comfortable!

Alaine is lovely! From start to finish she made me feel so relaxed and welcome. I enjoyed a very relaxing reflexology treatment which was amazing. I’m so glad I’ve found this local gem of a sanctuary and will definitely return to try other treatments.

What a lovely and relaxing experience with Alaine, just what I needed a week before my wedding. Had the gua sha facial which left me with the glowiest skin and a snatched jawline, would highly recommend to everyone before an event or just as a why not pamper session!

Liv always makes me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to talk through my skin concerns, explained what products she was using, and tailored the treatment specifically to my skin type. It felt really personalised rather than a “one size fits all” facial. The treatment itself was so soothing gentle cleansing, exfoliation, extractions done carefully. My skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing straight afterwards. Even days later, I’ve noticed my complexion looks brighter and smoother. I had the most amazing full body massage with Paula and I honestly can’t recommend her enough 🤍 I’ve recently given birth, so I was a bit nervous about how my body would feel, but she was so gentle, understanding and professional from start to finish. She really took the time to check what I was comfortable with and adapted everything to suit me. The pressure was perfect, relaxing but still effective, and she focused on all the areas that have been under strain since pregnancy and carrying newborns, especially my back and shoulders. I left feeling so much lighter, relaxed.

I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

This was my second facial today with Olivia, and she really made the whole experience feel easy and comforting. She has this calm, steady way of working that helped me relax right from the start. She explained what she was doing throughout each step and it enough to make me feel cared for. By the end, my face felt clean, soft, and refreshed, but what stood out most was her presence: warm, patient, and genuinely kind. I left feeling lighter, thanks to both the facial and the way she carried the space. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my skin!

The loveliest Indian head massage and facial by Alaine. My whole body felt relaxed and my mind calm and rested when I left. Always such a perfect experience.

Absolutely fabulous, so relaxing, Alaine was friendly, calming and professional. The setting was beautiful and my treatment was superb. (You won't want it to end) Most definitely be returning again and again to try different treatments. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Had a lymphatic drainage massage with added wood therapy at Bonitaz Serenity Spa and I will definitely be back. Paula was very attentive and informative and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. I definitely saw a noticeable improvement in the tightness of the skin on my stomach after just one session so would definitely recommend :)

I had a back massage and lymphatic drainage, and it was a really good experience. It was my first time trying lymphatic drainage, and the therapist explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. She did a great job working on the knots in my back, and I left feeling much more relaxed and refreshed. The whole setting was calm and peaceful—I’d definitely go again!
