Fabulous facials with both Courtney and Imogen. So relaxing and our skin feels wonderful. The salon is very clean with the most comfortable beds to lie on. I’ll definitely book again when next visiting Berry. Thank you girls.

My first lymphatic massage was an amazing experience with Aimee. I was well prepared, given full explanation of process, procedure and expectations discussed. I felt very relaxed throughout. The environment was totally conducive to my massage. I would absolutely recommend Aimee who was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I wil definitely be returning 😀

It’s hard to put into words how well my Mum and I were looked after by both Courtney and Imy over the weekend. We came down to Berry for my Mum’s birthday and I booked us into Lou Lou after reading the exceptional reviews and it’s safe to say our expectations were exceeded. Courtney and Imy’s calm and gentle nature was unmatched with any salon I have been to before. A beautiful space has been created. Our skin feels incredible after the mineral salt body scrub and facial and I can definitely admit that I fell asleep numerous times! Thank you so much girls, from the bottom of our hearts xx

If I could I would go every week for total relaxation. My facials are always bliss in such a caring and nuturing environment which Aimee absolutely excels in. She has managed to instill a calmness so I actually relax and don't talk during my facial. This week was eyebrow tint and tidy up, always happy with the outcome. Best in the business.
