Valeriia is an amazing nail tech. I’ve been to all the salons you could think of in Hamilton and her precision and attention to detail is unmatched. I always leave with the most beautiful, flawless hands and toes! I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend. 20/10.

My go to spot in Hamilton! She knows exactly what I like, and is just as particular as I am. Which means shes taking time and care with your nails. She also does such cute and elegant designs. I will go no where else now. Thank you for being so amazing!

Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

I brought my 92 year old Mother-in-law in today for a pedicure and manicure. She was long overdue with dry skin and nails that were crying out for some serious TLC. She was given the Royal treatment and attention that she so richly deserved, not only because of her age but because of the truly dear lady that she is. She was fussed over and received the best moisturizing and revitalizing skin and nail care that, according to her, she has ever had for her hands and feet. When we left, she told me that she will never go anywhere else again and we must book her next treatment soon. Thank you!!

I can't say enough good things about Silvia! She did an absolutely amazing job on my manicure, pedicure, and nail art. Her attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism are outstanding. She took her time to make sure every nail was perfect, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I have received so many compliments on my nails, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Loved this experience!. Great job team. First time there for a girl's night out. Had a drink while getting our toes done. How awesome is that? It was delicious. Jeev was very attentive and ensured I was happy throughout the process. I had a pedicure, foot massage and shellac manicure with ombre. I highly recommend the whole experience. Nice ambiance. Reasonable prices.

So it has taken me 8 years to find a hairstylist who could cut the way I envisioned, someone with a good eye, detailed and has a good hand. I am so impressed! I don’t have to drive nearly two hours out of Hamilton now to see my former stylist, I have found my holy grail Her Studio! I can’t brag enough about both, the customer care and the artistry performed on my hair today! Thank you!!!

Another wonderful experience at Ciel Spa. Joanna was kind and attentive while doing my nails. She picked out a beautiful light blue color which was perfect. I also enjoyed a delicious cappuccino and felt rejuvenated once everything was complete. 'HANDS' down, one of the best salons and bonus that it is local. I cannot wait for my next visit where I plan on getting a pedicure, manicure and facial. I am also hoping to bring my grandgirls in for a spa treatment before the end of summer.

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Ayla is a lovely human and very open and friendly. My pedicure looks lovely and I’ve received many compliments. However, my hand massage ended up being only 7 minutes and needed to be more intentional. The Nail Hotel has a lot of potential in their business model, but it needs to be clearly advertised that drinks and specialty coffees are only available when their 1 staff member with smart serve is working. This business was specifically chosen for today for the “experience”. Owners should also reflect on their seating as they are not designed for relaxation…for either pedicures or massages.

I had the best time with Liza!! She is a great nail tech but also great at making people feel welcome to her shop :) I have never had my nails done so well and clean before. The shaping is amazing and the cuticle work is like something I’ve never experience before. I would definitely book again and again!

Amazing experience getting brows shaped, very thoughtful approach to styling. Mariia considered the irregularities in the brows and did her best to make them as perfect as possible. Don’t think twice, just book. The best experience in Hamilton.
