Imogen was lovely. I wanted a Bob haircut but Imogen advised against it due to how thin it was at the front - I really appreciated her honesty. Imogen gave me a nice trim and framed the front bits for me and shared some styling tips. Will definitely go back once my hair has grown out a bit.

I had my gel toes done by Ella today and had such a lovely experience. Ella is a junior therapist who is still in training, but she was fantastic. She was so attentive, took her time, and clearly cared about making sure everything was just right. As she’s still learning, she was given guidance throughout the appointment to ensure the finished result was perfect, which I thought was brilliant to see. I just had Combination Brows done by Jessica and I am so impressed with the result! I have naturally sparse brows, but she created a completely tailored look that fits my face perfectly. The hair strokes at the front are so fine and realistic, and they blend seamlessly into the powder shading through the tails. It gives me that perfect 'makeup' look without being too bold. Jessica is a true perfectionist—she took so much time with the mapping to make sure everything was symmetrical. Highly recommend!
