So today I had my very first appointment with Abbi, and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had. Not only is Abbi, welcoming, super friendly but also amazing at what she does. I left the salon feeling like I was on cloud nine, and that was only having a lash lift/tint and a brow wax/tint. I’ve had them done at another salon before but this is definitely the best they’ve ever been done and they look fab. Would I recommend Level Up based on my experience..110% yes! 5 stars isn’t enough…see you in 4weeks😁 xx

Kirsty is a first class beautician. After booking lash extensions with her, I met her briefly a few days before for a patch test. I was so impressed by her professionalism and how at ease I felt with her that I booked a Hollywood wax too (something I had felt a bit embarrassed to do before). I am writing this after my appointment for both treatments and can honestly say that she made me feel so comfortable and the results were fantastic. I had such a lovely experience at this salon! 🤍 I tried the mini facial and head spa, and honestly both were so relaxing. The facial left my skin feeling fresh and glowing, and the head spa was exactly what I needed to unwind and switch off for a while. ✨ Fern lovely girl, welcoming and professional, and the whole experience felt really calming from start to finish.
