Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

Millie is fantastic, I was looking for a new hairdresser for a while and as soon as I found Millie I haven’t gone back to anyone else. She listens to exactly what I want and what I want to achieve every time. She is kind and chatty, but also unlike a lot of people I’ve had my haircut by realises when I’m not in the mood to chat and doesn’t. She is amazing and I would 100% reccomend her.

Fantastic gent’s haircuts for husband and son❤️. Son has neurodivergent needs, hasn’t seen a proper hairdresser since he was very young, he can’t tolerate the sensory issues. However he’s sat lovely and has a beautiful cut now at Mary Choppins. I cannot recommend her highly enough 💕

My hair stylist was very attentive and made sure that I got the hair cut I wanted. Very happy. Personally, I'm happy to sit quietly during most of the haircut - I think not being able to see well without my glasses affects my hearing - I think my stylist picked up on this and we had some chatter as well as some quiet. Very happy with my experience at cut loose. Thanks.

As always a lovely time had in the salon with Mellissa who is not only my hairdresser but a friend as well. I truly feel like myself whilst on there as that’s how welcoming and relaxed I feel plus I come out with my hair looking amazing. Thank you so much. Missed Gracie. Love to all x

We had a great experience with Jesse’s hair cut. Amy cut his long hair exactly how I asked, and we both felt really comfortable throughout the appointment. The haircut was also very affordable, which was a lovely bonus, and the space was lovely. Highly recommend 🙂
