Ted was fantastic. Ted asked several questions before the massage to see what I liked and didn’t like. What hurt and any issues I had. I choose a deep tissue massage and it was definitely a Deep tissue massage. He worked on every area I asked for and focused on the areas that I really wanted done. Usually the therapist will work on a sore area that I ask them To focus on for a few min and move on, but Matt really worked on all the areas I asked for. And it was Great. I have a favorite massage therapist I have seen for 9 years now and no one came close to her ever! Ted was just as good 😊 💕

I had a massage with Courtney today, and it was absolutely incredible. Her technique is slow, focused, and deeply intentional. She skillfully released the tension in my neck and upper back, leaving me feeling relaxed and renewed. Christine is remarkable. I enjoyed a Reiki experience with her that left me with my jaw on the ground. It felt like she was reading my mind with what she got as messages about my energy. It completely resonated with me and what I'm working on in other facets of my life journey. I highly recommend this wellness studio, and definitely eat some plants in the front at Throop Soups also!
