Mark is in tune with where I’m at in my journey to fitness & adapts my current level then kicks it up a notch.

Mark is really good about tailoring my workouts to where I am at the time fitness-wise. He is very patient.

Mark is very informative. I know what he’s expressing is because of the knowledge he’s accumulated. He makes a great cheerleader & I feel he has my best interest at heart. I do feel stronger & healthy. I need reminders. My issue is I don’t push myself enough. For the most part I am healthy. But I could be better.

Mark is always optimistic & patient. I know I can improve. Starting a different exercise to help my knee pain may be very helpful.

Mark is very patient. It may take awhile for me to get a particular move right - he is persistent until I do it correctly. He adds new & revisits old exercises to keep me on target-he adds a little humor & education along the way which I appreciate.

As usual Mark explains things very well so it makes sense. I’ve had a 6 week setback but now ready to go. I do know I need to ramp up my routine & add more outside activities. Mark is very patient & has to show me repeatedly what I need to do!

Mark understands my current situation with my health and adapts my workout accordingly while giving me encouragement to continue.

I had a prior mild injury during exercising and Mark adapted my routine to accommodate my discomfort.

Mark understood I wasn't feeling well so we did a few light exercises. He gave me a wealth of information regarding food, exercise, etc.
