I’ve been to over 15 physios/sports therapist since I started my football career and running, and not once have I met someone with such attention to detail, willingness to learn more and passion for being in this profession. Emma always gives great aftercare and wants to support you long term, not just see you back next week. Her application to strength training/in gym rehab is great and she always gives you a road map to getting back to doing your sport/activity rather than just telling you what you can’t do. A growth mindset approach. 5/5.

Emma was lovely and friendly. She was really knowledgeable about what my issue was. She did a wide range of movements with me to get a proper understanding of where my knee pain was coming from. She gave me a few exercises to work at before each gym session so I will keep these up 4 times a week at least.

I had an appointment with Emma due to my knee pain and inflammation. She is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable. She physically showed me all exercise movements I should be doing and wrote me a programme in respect of same. After 2 times of using these exercises, I can feel the difference. Thanks 😄

I visited Emma last week for the first time, with an injury sustained a few weeks earlier to my back. Emma listened and asked appropriate questions, before discussing what our next steps would be. After a review of my movements, she treated me with soft tissue therapy, explaining throughout what she was doing and what to expect post treatment, ensuring I was comfortable and not in too much pain during the treatment. Emma demonstrated exercises that would be helpful and also emailed them to me, with video demonstrations attached, offering further assistance if required. Excellent service!

Really happy with my new hair colour today. After using box dyes for years it was nice to sit back and relax, while Pamela worked wonders on getting my hair from darkish red to lighter brown. Would highly recommend.

Not been to a salon in a long time as normally just do box dyes and only get it cut about once a year. Having the ONXY treatment was such a treat for myself and love how shiny and soft my hair feels. Pamela was so friendly and welcoming, will definitely go back.
