It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

This is hands down the best beauty salon I have ever used. Fern and Georgia are so lovely, incredibly talented and professional. I have had manicures, pedicures, aromatherapy massages, reflexology, spray tans, facials and waxing - each time I have had a faultless, welcoming and relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

ola was so professional and so so lovely i am so pleased with my service i am so smooth and i usually get bumps with waxing i dont know what ola did but there’s not a single one it was my first hollywood and she has done an excellent job and i will without a doubt be coming back once im back from my holis 😁💕 thank you so so much again 🫶🏼💕 highly recommend 🥰

Amazing. The twins absolutely lived their Princess Pamper day. They said its the new best thing to do. They were treated like princesses from the srat. They loved their robes and nails, and especially loved their facials. Thank you Fern.

Today i went for an eyelash lift & tint with eyebrow wax, excellent results, very good price. Marzena is so friendly and welcoming, such a relaxing experience would highly recommend this salon in Dundee. I will be back for some more relaxing treatments.

It was my first time waxing and i went for more sensitive part as i got Hollywood wax. I was nervous but the pain wasn't as bad as i thought so. Ola is a great person and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and if you feel nervous about getting wax for that area there is no reason too, she was gentle and made sure i was okay with everything. Loved it and definitely coming back again. Thank you for making my experience good 🥰☺️

Would highly recommend - had a great sugaring experience, much better than waxing, nowhere near as painful and felt so smooth afterwards. Olla is lovely, friendly and puts you at ease. Will definitely be booking again 😊
