I have an honours degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and 4 years experience working with the general public and athletes. I walked in limping due to a tight calf and walked out with no limping! Emma is fantastic!!! I would absolutely 110% recommend Emma to anyone!!

Emma was lovely and friendly. She was really knowledgeable about what my issue was. She did a wide range of movements with me to get a proper understanding of where my knee pain was coming from. She gave me a few exercises to work at before each gym session so I will keep these up 4 times a week at least.
