Unbelievable experience. I thought two hours might be too long but it was in fact not long enough! So relaxing, lots of focus at the top of a very tense IT band which I had actually forgotten to mention. The morning after, I already feel more energised after struggling with energy and motivation levels for a couple of weeks. Cannot recommend highly enough!
