I have a shoulder injury which has been causing me issues with my upper back and neck. Martine knew exactly where to work and her techniques just seemed to dissolve the issues over the hour. Had a consultation with Louise for a treatment I’m considering and what a lovely, knowledgeable professional. Louise ran through the pros and cons of the treatments, she certainly knows her stuff! She was so warm, friendly and lovely I felt immediately at ease and absolutely reassured I’m in the hands of a professional. I can NOT wait for my treatment with her!

Kirsty is amazing at what she does. She’s extremely professional. Always welcomes me with a big hug and her beautiful smile. I have very sensitive skin around the eyes and bruise easily, Kirsty took extra care when treating this area, and I haven't bruised. The treatment is quick and pain-free. I would highly recommend Kirsty.

Nadia was extremely professional and efficient. I felt really comfortable with her during my Hollywood wax. Has definitely been my best wax experience in Plymouth!

I could not be more pleased following my luxury facial with gentle skin peel, my skin feels refreshed, hydrated and rejuvenated. The relaxed ambience of the room, Kerri’s explanation, reassurance, touch and professionalism made the whole experience wonderful. I could not recommend Kerri more highly.

First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

Carbon Facial with Shannon was absolutely amazing! Absolutely gorgeous girl to speak to. Also love Cathy who did my skin tags a while ago - and they’re all gone! My second session was today and after my first session, we both found it had really cleared up my skin and really helped with redness, oiliness and general health of it - glowing! It really changed the dynamic in my skin somehow. She made the whole treatment comfortable and warm. Highly professional setting and welcome. I highly recommend this treatment.
