Fantastic back and shoulder massage. Feel 20 years younger!!

Sam was very friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and really relaxed after my massage. Everything from the music in the room to Sam’s technique was lovely. She really tailored the massage to the areas in most need. I would highly recommend Innovate4Life Massage Therapies Plympton.

Best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot!) I guess it was the combination of all my muscles and body feeling like they’ve had a workout with a nice deep pressure, but then also feeling a release and deep relaxation at the same time. I Got home and went to bed and had the best nights sleep ever! I’ll definitely be returning.
