I'd never had a massage before friday and decided to go Ruby following excellent reviews. I've struggled to relax for a long time but as soon as I stepped into Ruby's refuge, I felt instantly at ease. Ruby is really knowledgeable about true wellness and relaxation, took her time getting to know me and what I wanted out of the session and made suggestions including using sound which I'll be honest I was unsure of when first suggested - the massage and sound was amazing. I left feeling so relaxed and bright but calm and that has stayed with me for days! Ill be going back as soon as I can!

One of the best and most relaxing therapeutic massage sessions I’ve experienced. It was topped off with some beautiful and quite extraordinary sound healing - just right to help me regroup and ground after a busy time. Very relaxing, caring, sensitive to what I needed today. I booked in with Ruby on a recommendation and she did not disappoint! Deeply relaxing and Ruby tailors your treatment to your individual needs. I was also recommended to try the sound bath which, too, was superb. If life feels overwhelming and you feel the need to stop even if it's just for an hour or so, Ruby provides a safe space and intuitive treatment to optimise your wellbeing.

Amazing. 100% Amazing. I had a wonderful restorative massage to ease stress, followed by my first ever individual sound bath. It was the closest to a meditative state as I have ever been. Ruby is truly gifted and I am so thankful I came across her refuge. Thank you Ruby xx

4th session with Geoff x already getting more movement in hips x quads. Electro Therapy helping with pain, flexibility x range of movement. Nice to get some relief without taking pain medication.

Been going to Claire once a month for a while now and my body always feels better for it. She listens to any problems I might be having with sleep, back and shoulders in particular and works these areas well for me. Wish I could afford to go twice a month!

I always leave in a much better frame of mind and feeling positive energy. Claire provides a calm, welcoming space and a nurturing experience - it is amazing how intuitive her ability to target problem areas and help to release tension and stress. I would wholeheartedly recommend plymstock reflexology.
