I had an excellent experience with Sakhon, She is extremely professional and clearly very skilled in traditional Thai massage techniques. From start to finish, she knew exactly what she was doing and applied the right pressure with confidence and care. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better overall. Nicole was really friendly and welcoming, as a first time client I instantly felt relaxed. The salon itself was a lovely space with low light and mood music which set the scene perfectly. The massage was fantastic and the facial was lovely. Nicole recommended after treatments for my next visit to focus on my problem areas and I have come home and rebooked already!

First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

Rejuvenated skin facial today with Michelle so pleased with my skin results following my treatment today my skin was glowing/refreshed treatment by Michelle received within her new salon location at Hyde Park Plymouth lovely decor which has peaceful energy vibe I personally found the environment very relaxing. I highly advise a visit if you want to unwind.

Elena was so lovely I had a pedicure got a coffee on arrival and a lovely treatment as I don’t live in Plymouth I didn’t know where to go and I’m so glad I went to Muse, will be coming again when we come back to visit.

Amazing Massage with Reanne – Hidden Gem! 💆‍♀️ Just had a 60-minute back, neck, and shoulder massage with Reanne and it was absolutely fantastic! The booking process was really quick and easy, and the place has such lovely decor. Reanne was warm, professional, and made sure to ask what pressure I preferred, she got it spot on. I left feeling 10 times better, completely relaxed and recharged. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time (and i have a lot 😂) I’d definitely recommend and will be going back. A real hidden gem! X
