I strongly recommend MUCH KNEADED MASSAGE. Shay is a awesome person, makes you feel comfortable within 2 min of conversation. Super professional, she know what she's doing.... I had only 1 previous experience of a deep tissue massage and it was horrible. But thanks to Shay's bubbly personality 45 mins went in a blink of an eye. Thanks Shay, I will definitely book again.

I've had many massages and Nicola's was one of the best I've ever had. The deep tissue was perfectly firm, and slowly and smoothly worked out a few knots. Fantastic, incredibly thorough massage, asked for deep tissue and got deep tissue! Communicated well throughout to make sure I was ok. Got in to all the knots and felt amazing! Would highly recommend.

I had a body scrub and massage treatment for the first time the other day by Amy and it was nothing short of amazing! Exactly what I needed after having travelled back home the day before. All the jet lag, fatigue and stress just melted off me, Amy was nothing short of a true professional-kind, amazing at her job, diligent, always checking in to see if I was okay and enjoying the service. I have been to Ruen Thai Spa several times before and the service has been sensational every single time, I’m already planning my next visit!!!

At All About You Beauty Therapy I booked a Hot Lava Shell back, neck and shoulder massage- it was a relaxing, self indulgent treatment, in a warm and cosy environment with Becky who ironed out all the knots in my aching muscles. A treatment that I’m adding to my current list of beauty treats. I can highly recommend it.

Shay was really lovely and explained everything really well about the different massages. My shoulder was in a lot of pain and after the massage, it feels much much better. Would definately go again.
