Although this was only a consultation,as soon as you walk through the door you know your in safe hands,absolutely immaculate premises really friendly staff and with obvious expertise in there field.Everything was explained as to what was going to happen in a very thorough way so Thankyou bianco beauty for your professionalism

Very professional service from the start to the end! Lovely atmosphere and truly welcoming reception staff, who managed to accommodate my request to have my treatment done as soon as possible. But most importantly, my treatment was done in the most professional way I could imagine. Ewelina is an extremely talented artist, who pays attention to every detail and makes sure at every step that I'm happy with my treatment. She went above and beyond to make my semi-permanent eyebrows make-up look fabulous! I would highly recommend Bianco Beauty to everyone

I would like to share with you my experience for a eyebrows tattoo removal. Currently i have my eyebrows tattooed and I'm not happy with them so I've decided to remove the tattoo using the laser method and I've made an appointment to Bianco BEAUTY where i was explained everything it takes to get the best results, i was very comfortable after everything was explained to me in the most detailed way, extremely friendly and professional and i felt like i am in that wrigh place. I am highly recommend them and i do appreciate the honesty Thank you Bianco BEAUTY

Each time I have visited BIANCO BEAUTY the service as been amazing, the staff are so polite, accommodating and professional and really take care of their clients to ensure that they get the desired result and are satisfied. Ewelina made sure that I was happy with my results, she went the extra mile do so and is really good at what she does. I highly recommend BIANCO BEAUTY. Ewelina is truly amazing at what she does. Just for your information I had a lip blush treatment done, my lips had pigmentation and looked dull with no colour. Ewelina made my lips look more defined and blushy.

Ive been using Annie for a long while now and not only is she amazing at what she does but she’s also become a friend! I look forward to my appointments and always leave feeling amazing. I’m not the best beauty client and have been known to pick my nails, Annie always has a solution to get them back looking 10/10. Honestly could not recommend her enough, you will not be disappointed should you choose to use her.

This was my first visit to Refined Beauty & I found Annie very friendly & helpful. The treatment I had was a brow shape, which Annie did very skilfully. She was very professional in advising me to wait for the patch test result before having my brow tint. I’m looking forward to having that done in a couple of days time.

Becky is a fantastic therapist, and her salon is beautiful and so relaxing.

Amazing reflexology session with Trudy. The best I’ve ever had and so relaxing. She also picked up on so much and was 100% accurate. I’ve booked in again. Very highly recommend this salon as every treatment I’ve had has been AMAZING!

I was relaxed, wasn't rushed and Annie took the time to listen to my requests and we discussed what nail art to do. I've already booked another two appointment.
