Review for Nicky – Thai Massage (by Karthik) I’ve had several Thai massages before, but this one with Nicky has truly been the best experience ever. My muscle tension in the neck and shoulders has improved dramatically, and even my ear ringing (tinnitus) has gotten about 90% better after a few sessions. Nicky has an incredible ability to identify and work on problem areas — she found all the knots around my spinal C1–C2 area and released them perfectly. Now everything feels smoother, my muscles are relaxed, and my overall energy feels restored.

I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Massage was nothing short of amazing; the therapist skillfully relieved my tension and made me feel truly relaxed. I left feeling rejuvenated! Amazing aromatherapy massage. The spa was clean, relaxing and welcoming, and the massage left me feeling completely refreshed. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly, attentive and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I visited for my first massage last week, I was after a deep tissue massage to relieve spasm in the muscles along my spine. The studio is lovely, clean and just had a cosy/relaxing feeling to it. Shay was great about understanding my main concern and really friendly. Most importantly my spine was immediately better and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort whilst at rest in my spine since. Best/most effective deep tissue massage I have ever had! I was so impressed, I returned less than a week later for a migraine trigger point massage! Highly recommend - thank you Shay x

Had Caci at another salon in Milton Keynes before lockdown and it was awful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else but Beauty Secrets. Gave advice and not pushy at all. And after one treatment I feel really pleased and can see the difference which is a major feel good. Looking forward to my next appointment

Just back from another amazing treatment with Rachel. This time I opted for an hour and a half and it was so worth it. Started with reflexology and then onto a full body massage. I've never been so calm, quiet and relaxed. Having ADHD I always struggle to relax, and my brain is never quiet, very rarely my mouth too. But starting with the reflexology made such a huge difference, I usually talk through a lot of my treatment, this time, not one word. Thanks so much Rachel.
