This was my first facial for YEARS and my first visit to Shell. The whole experience was amazing. Shell took time to talk through where I am with my wellness journey and what I want to achieve. The facial itself was fantastic. I left feeling relaxed, uplifted and glowing. Shell is a very gifted facialist and I can't wait to return!

Can’t rate Lucy high enough. She’s so welcoming and very friendly, really puts you at ease. Her massages are amazing, didn’t realise I had so many knots! I book fortnightly now for regular back maintenance. Also had reflexology and not ashamed to say I fell asleep. It was so relaxing x

The whole experience was wonderful. Emma is very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Her treatment room is immaculate and my massage and reiki treatment were very relaxing .
