I visited for my first massage last week, I was after a deep tissue massage to relieve spasm in the muscles along my spine. The studio is lovely, clean and just had a cosy/relaxing feeling to it. Shay was great about understanding my main concern and really friendly. Most importantly my spine was immediately better and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort whilst at rest in my spine since. Best/most effective deep tissue massage I have ever had! I was so impressed, I returned less than a week later for a migraine trigger point massage! Highly recommend - thank you Shay x

I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Had a Hot Stone Massage very relaxing.

Lovely relaxing experience. I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk and get quite stiff. After my hot stone massage I feel so much more comfortable as well as being relaxed. The staff at beauty secrets are all lovely and well trained. I would not hesitate to recommend their treatments.

Just back from another amazing treatment with Rachel. This time I opted for an hour and a half and it was so worth it. Started with reflexology and then onto a full body massage. I've never been so calm, quiet and relaxed. Having ADHD I always struggle to relax, and my brain is never quiet, very rarely my mouth too. But starting with the reflexology made such a huge difference, I usually talk through a lot of my treatment, this time, not one word. Thanks so much Rachel.
