Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

My 2nd visit to Angela this week & I feel like different women as I always do when I leave. Tuesday I joined the healing soundbath, it was just what I needed to feel grounded & content again after a very challenging few days on the hormonal rollercoaster. I left feeling calm, relaxed & totally ground again. Thursday I had a massage & healing with Angela. Her massage & healing techniques are amazing, its the perfect space to take some time out & relax in a tranquil environment. I highly recommend her ❤️

I had three treatments with Polly this morning and really enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple and stress free and Polly made me feel completely at ease throughout. My manicure, pedicure and back massage were all fantastic. I enjoy Sophie’s massages so much not only cause she has the best hands, but cause she knows how to create the best vibe for a deeply relaxing massage. She has super strong hands and knows well when to apply the right amount of pressure. I always leave the room floating for the rest of the day and grateful that I booked :)
