Grace was recommended by a friend and my first ever sports massage. I was somewhat nervous but Grace is incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable and conducted a very comprehensive assessment prior to treatment. The massage itself was excellent and I came away with lots of useful tips to assist going forward. Would 100% recommend.

Angela has a very special & unique way of releasing negative energy with her healing techniques, whilst making you feel totally relaxed & at peace 😌 Halo healing is a beautiful space for her treatments & I would highly recommend her. Booked in for a total leg wax, eyebrow waxing, facial and LVL lashes. As always the treatments were exceptional. Lauren was very experience and Easy to talk to. I had a lovely relaxing time. The facial was really relaxing and luxurious and included a mini shoulder, head and neck massage. Of course I will be back in a month or so to do it all again. I can’t recommend Little Spa enough. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere very welcoming. I’ve been going to Little Spa for over 10 years and would never consider going anywhere else.

I enjoy Sophie’s massages so much not only cause she has the best hands, but cause she knows how to create the best vibe for a deeply relaxing massage. Excellent. Grace takes the time to go over the suggestions she made at my last visit regarding my yoga postures. These have helped enormously towards better postures in my yoga practice and for my body. The sports massage is first class. Grace concentrates on the problem areas and works towards relieving pressure and discomfort. I feel so much better and can move more freely.
