Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

My 2nd visit to Angela this week & I feel like different women as I always do when I leave. Tuesday I joined the healing soundbath, it was just what I needed to feel grounded & content again after a very challenging few days on the hormonal rollercoaster. I left feeling calm, relaxed & totally ground again. Thursday I had a massage & healing with Angela. Her massage & healing techniques are amazing, its the perfect space to take some time out & relax in a tranquil environment. I highly recommend her ❤️

I've just enjoyed the most relaxing and calming Indian head massage at Om Holistic this morning. From start to finish everything was so perfect with a lovely welcome, attention to detail and the most beautiful massage in a wonderful space.
