Fabulous! Lauren is so lovely and friendly and a very good masseur. I had a half hour sports massage which was great, she’s been treating my glutes as I get sciatica, this is a bit painful but the results are brilliant. I’m also on the second stage, so half an hour of Lymphatic Drainage, which is very relaxing and also showing great straits. I’m feeling better overall too.

Ali Kendall gave me a great sports massage on my back. I came away feeling less muscularly tight and considerably more relaxed. I've signed up for further sessions to improve my range of exercise movement and mobility.

My first visit to Francesca today for an after Tough Mudder leg massage. Very good pressure applied and i came out feeling better than I went in! I am now going to book for a set of lashes!

Excellent massage- very firm which I needed as I had a lot of tension and knots to work out. I have rebooked already as I have decided I need this treatment regularly! Lovely treatment room, even had a heated bed so was perfect for me being cold all the time.
