I always enjoy my treatments with Lauren. Today I had a back, neck and shoulder sports massage which was great and relieved the tension in that area which had been causing me headaches. Followed by a lymphatic drainage massage which is lovely and relaxing, some of the benefits are instantly visible, others take a day or so to realise.

My second visit to The glow room today, and had the most beautiful facial, massage & oracle card reading. It really is one of the only times my brain doesn’t wonder onto other things, there is no better feeling. The room is in such a calming setting & I just adore all the incense & sprays Lucy uses to cleanse myself & the room! 100% recommend & I will be rebooking soon🤍 x

From the moment I arrived, Lucy created such a calm and welcoming atmosphere—it was easy to completely switch off and just be present. The treatment not only exceeded my expectations, but left my skin glowing and incredibly soft. I felt completely at peace and so relaxed, both inside and out.
