Claire is an incredible physio, quick to pinpoint the problem and resolve whether through massage or exercises. Coming back from breaking my foot almost a year ago and all the problems which have flowed from that and now less than 3 weeks off from London Marathon - I certainly would not be at this point in my training without her! My second visit to The glow room today, and had the most beautiful facial, massage & oracle card reading. It really is one of the only times my brain doesn’t wonder onto other things, there is no better feeling. The room is in such a calming setting & I just adore all the incense & sprays Lucy uses to cleanse myself & the room! 100% recommend & I will be rebooking soon🤍 x

Sarah is an experienced and conscientious therapist with a real interest in understanding the clients' concerns. She will adapt sessions to accommodate new or existing conditions and is really tuned in to providing the best experience every time. I've been having monthly treatments with Sarah for nearly 3 years and feel the benefit from these sessions every time, whether it's for a targeted treatment / specific issue, or a deliciously relaxing high quality massage with hot stones! Highly recommended.

After a tough time, I finally booked myself in with Lucy for the wonderlift facial massage to treat myself, Lucy was supportive from the very beginning of our communication, helping me to choose which treatment would be best & providing some much appreciated comforting words! The treatment itself was the best I’ve EVER had, during the session not a single negative thought crossed my mind as I was completely immersed in relaxation. Lucy added little touches to the treatment, as I’d previously mentioned my love for crystals & spiritual healing, these were utter bliss! I cannot recommend enough!

Lauren is very professional. The ambience in the room was perfect, super soft warm towels, great massage pressure. A glass of water was offered. Free parking = bonus. Highly recommend.

Great massage, always needed as being wheelchair dependent i get stiff back and shoulders.

I was lucky to win a voucher for a 60-minute massage with Sarah. She was friendly and welcoming, and the treatment was super relaxing, she worked on certain pressure points which really helped - so much so, I will be looking to book another session in the future. Sarah made me feel very comfortable, and provided a great conversation too! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved every moment of my Wonderlift facial and upgraded massage. From the moment I arrived, Lucy created such a calm and welcoming atmosphere—it was easy to completely switch off and just be present. The treatment not only exceeded my expectations, but left my skin glowing and incredibly soft. I felt completely at peace and so relaxed, both inside and out.
